Your oil tank

The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001 have resulted in many changes affecting fuel storage tanks. If you're concerned about your storage tank, contact your local BUTLER FUELS sales team for advice or visit the Environment Agency website - www.environment-agency.gov.uk

If you need to replace your tank, we can provide you with general advice and the details of several local OFTEC registered companies who will be able to supply and install a new tank for you.

Oil spills or leaks

If you think your heating oil or fuel tank or pipe work may be leaking or if you smell oil after a delivery, please contact us immediately and we will investigate. You should also let the Environment Agency know.
