Using TOTAL BUTLER Online

Registering
You can be either an existing customer or a new customer to TOTAL BUTLER to register. You just need to complete our registration form. Following this we will email you your username and password – you will need these to gain access to your account.

Logging on
Once you have registered and have received your username and password, you can log on. The first time you do this, you will be asked to change your password to ensure the highest levels of security.

Getting a quote
Simply enter the product(s) you would like (Kerosene, TOTAL GLOWMAX, Gas Oil or Diesel) plus the quantity and our system will automatically search for the best possible price. This quote is then saved until midnight.

Placing an order
You can either place your fuel order online straight away or request a quote online before you order.

Payment
TOTAL BUTLER Online offers the same payment options that are available to TOTAL BUTLER customers offline.

Fuel delivery
Whether you are ordering Kerosene, TOTAL GLOWMAX, Gas Oil or Diesel, we provide you with a delivery window when you order so you know when to expect your fuel. You can also request a phone call or text message the day before the delivery.
